Where this comes from

Built from within came out of our own history.

Moritz spent years building companies in music and media and knew the challenges from daily practice: processes that had grown over time, a great deal of internal knowledge, and tasks that kept coming back with no solution that really fitted.

Thorsten brought more than twenty years as a specialist in VFX, IT and AI. Out of that combination came the idea of not placing technology on top from the outside, but developing it straight out of the actual processes and requirements of a company.

We started in our own field, in music and media. We found very quickly that the challenges are the same across industries.

So we extended the team deliberately and opened BYB Labs up to further industries.

Built from within is still our principle today: first understand what makes a company what it is. Then implement the AI that really fits, properly and securely.
