Anyone running AI systems needs someone whose job is to attack them before somebody else does. That is a function of its own here, with a brief of its own.

The position is filled and the person will be named on joining. The remit: adversarial testing of AI systems, red teaming, penetration testing, security governance and automation.

Architecture, data flows, accounts, permissions, vendors, interfaces, credentials, dependencies, logs and ownership.
Threat model, weaknesses, access controls, risks specific to AI, and errors in configuration and process.
Fix prioritised findings and improve the groundwork for safe operation.

Three levels, depending on how much responsibility should sit with us, and one way in for systems that did not come from us.

Plus ongoing improvement and a record of what was done. Response within 24 hours. For systems your business depends on.
A named contact and continuous technical support. Response by the end of the working day. For houses without their own team for this.
Not a Care package but a separate agreement under our terms, § 12 (6). For systems that did not come from us: we look at what exists once and support it from there. Scope and response time are agreed beforehand.
We settle that on the actual system, not on a price sheet. What comes out of it goes into the contract: scope, response times, notice period.
