Cancel a contract
This is a convenience translation. The German version is legally binding.
Here you can cancel an ongoing contract with BYB Agency GmbH. This applies to the Care packages, the Vibe Code Checker and the Vertriebsmaschine.
These details are needed
- Which contract this is about (Care, Care+, Care Partner, Vibe Code Checker or Vertriebsmaschine)
- Your contract or customer number, if you have one
- Your name and your address
- An email address to which we send the confirmation
- The date on which the cancellation should take effect
- Whether the cancellation is ordinary or extraordinary
Send the cancellation
The following link opens a prepared message with all the fields. You can also send the cancellation informally to info@byb-labs.io or by post to the address given in the imprint.
Confirmation
We confirm receipt of the cancellation together with the date and time in text form, to the address you provide.
Notice periods
The terms and notice periods of the individual contracts are set out in our general terms and conditions: § 13 for the Care packages, § 17 for the Vibe Code Checker and § 23 for the Vertriebsmaschine. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
