Wir haben mit BYB Labs unser komplettes AI-Setup aufgebaut – und ich kann im Rückblick sagen: Das war eine der besten Entscheidungen für unsere Prozesse.
Was mich von Anfang an überzeugt hat, war die Herangehensweise. Kein Standardpaket von der Stange, sondern erst einmal richtig zuhören: Wie arbeiten wir eigentlich, wo verlieren wir Zeit, was soll am Ende konkret besser laufen? Auf dieser Basis wurde dann gebaut – passgenau auf unsere Abläufe zugeschnitten.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation. Immer auf Augenhöhe, nie von oben herab, keine Fachbegriff-Wolke, hinter der man sich versteckt. Fragen wurden geduldig und verständlich beantwortet, egal wie grundlegend sie waren. Man merkt, dass hier Leute sitzen, die ihr Handwerk verstehen und trotzdem den Anspruch haben, dass ihr Gegenüber es auch versteht.
Und genau das war für mich der eigentliche Mehrwert: BYB Labs hat uns nicht einfach ein fertiges System hingestellt und ist wieder gegangen. Sie haben uns befähigt, selbst damit zu arbeiten und weiterzudenken. Ich optimiere heute Prozesse eigenständig, die ich vor der Zusammenarbeit gar nicht als optimierbar erkannt hätte. Diese Selbstständigkeit war offensichtlich Teil des Plans – und sie ist deutlich mehr wert als jede reine Dienstleistung.
Dazu kommt eine Hilfsbereitschaft, die weit über das Pflichtprogramm hinausgeht. Kurze Reaktionszeiten, unkomplizierte Unterstützung auch bei Kleinigkeiten, echtes Interesse daran, dass die Sache am Ende funktioniert.
Klare Empfehlung an alle, die AI nicht als Buzzword abhaken, sondern wirklich sinnvoll in ihre Abläufe integrieren wollen. Absolut 5 Sterne – wir arbeiten sehr gerne weiter zusammen.
